If you have a computer,some networking knowledge, and any required software you can host your own Dreamcast server. Things would even go faster if you have a broadband connnection(s).
No, those games came out around the time when I was still into Super Mario World, when I heard about those games I thought I was going to get a New Super Mario Bros. type game. Something like an expansion on Super Mario World, boy was I let down.
If the game is brand new then try cleaning the laser with a good disc cleaner(it worked for a Sega Saturn), if it's one of the earilier models it's probally a dust issue-the lens has to be flawless , especially if other games work.
