[QUOTE="Halochief_101"][QUOTE="carljohnson3456"]I'm the poster child for getting screwed by Microsoft's customer service. They diagnosed my 360 as "dead" but my power brick wasnt lit, so I told 'em on the phone I thought it was my power brick... then they said that the power brick would light up orange again if it was plugged into a working 360. Like an idiot, I didnt question and figured they knew what they were talking about. A month goes by, and I get my Xbox back, of course, the power brick was the problem. So they say send it in, and I send the power brick and power cable that connects to it... and then when they send me back the power brick, they didnt send the other cable with it. So then I had to wait another two weeks to get my other cable back. Two months for my first repair, and since it was my first repair I didnt get the two months of Xbox Live back. That experince left such a bad taste in my mouth. It's bad enough it's a $400 360 that had a bad powerbrick after 91 days, the customer support had to be bad too.
I feel your pain.

Sounds like you don't take care of your 360.
lol Right. It's my fault the 360 has a 30% failure rate, and that mine died when it was setting on a level solid table, with wide open air. Basically you're calling me a liar just to defend the oh-so-precious 360, which I also happen to own. You dont know me, or how I treated my 360. I freaking baby it. How did what I say justify "sounds like you dont take care of your 360". It doesnt, but nice try. Besides, if I dont take care of my 360, I guess that means that all 16% to 30% of the 360's fanbase doesnt take care of their 360s too, right?
If you would take care of it like I do then you would have no problems at all, Iv'e had mine since launch... why is it that all of 360's multiplats are better then PS3's?
