No, breaking controllers is dumb becuase you would have to pay for new ones, when you're in the moment of rage it seems like a logical thing to chuck a controller at the wall, but afterwards you would feel like an idiot when you have to clean up the mess and pay for the new controller. I mean Demon's Souls has pissed me off, but I always just kinda stare at the screen, wishing myself alive again, and then when I realized that I'm probably not going to respawn in the same place, I just quit and do something else.

Yah, ok the article was definitely biased towards Dark Souls without giving quite enough valid points, I get it. But I have to admit I agree, I loved Demon's Souls, and I do think Dark Souls is the better game. Also,I'm pretty sure that judging from the preview buzzing and rare japanese review scores, that Dark Souls is getting extreme praise and critical acclaim. I absolutely can't wait for Oct 4th.
Really? That's pretty cool actually, but of course, a company like Naughty Dog would excel at whatever gamethey decided to make. It is interesting wondering what could have been though.
Not every game needs to cater to casual gamers, that would defeat the purpose of which Dark Souls stands for. From Software won't compromise the premise of the game just to get a little more money.
No lol I don't I'm in Canada, the release date is Oct 4th, I was looking at the wiki and it said 10 days, just too excited to have fact-checked. And let's not be pessimistic... lol I wasn't really being pessimistic, I'm looking forward to getting it, I just feel that's what reviewers will say. Yeah, I'm inclined to agree with you, it is a possibility. I mean I hate getting hyped up for a game then getting pretty disappointed when it wasn't all that I had expected it, so it's nice to lowball the scores to minimilze the shock and disappointment that is bound to creep up when the game isn't quite what you expected. I mean I have to anticipate that reaction from reviewers, but since I loved Demon's Souls soo much that I don't really consider a below par succesor to be an option, lol.[QUOTE="Goods_Merchant"]

Do you live in Japan?
Not coming out till October everywhere else, but umm I'm not even quite sure what it'd get in reviews but I have a feeling it won't get as much praise, if only because developers thought Demon's Souls was more "fresh" because they probably never played something like it.Luxen90

Well here it is, the spiritual successor to 2009's dark horse Demon's Souls, do you think it has what it takes to be better than Demon's Souls and be great? I hope so, I loved Demon's Souls and been greatly anticipating this one.
Edit: I'm sorry the release date is Oct 4th, I apologize
