@snxx EGM did best. They separated the games attributes: Graphics, Sound, Replay Value, Gameplay. In this day and age you can add Innovation and MISC content like DLC and multiplayer as part of the score for games that kinda run on that train.
Too often people declare a game is good on one attribute alone. i think what gamers do is use one or more attributes to get lured into buying into a game and the rest of those factor in as they play whether they are aware of it or not.
I'm trying to imagine if Microsoft had never reversed anything. Staying true to their cause would probably have them in better graces with the gaming community.
All I know is come Nov. 23, this site will be F--L--O--O--D--E--D with comments about console sales, for either console. It'll be nothing short of a day of reckoning.
