well...there was that one fight where the ref refused to stand the dudes up even though the guy on top (pause) wasn't doing anything...that fight sucked...and that one fight that got stopped early was wack.

If you thought the Pellegrino v.s. Neer fight should've been stood up, and you actually feel like you had to bring that hip-hop homophobia bs into grappling, then maybe mma isn't the right sport for you. That stoppage was BS, Miragliotta is the worst ref, but Amir Sodollah was doomed anyway. The way he was trying to get back up would've only resulted in some knees to his face if not another take down and more ground and pound.

Hahaha it turns out Griffin didn't get his jaw dislocated, he just ran away. UFC 101 wasn't that exciting because almost all of the fights were one sided, there weren't any really competitive bouts.

Florian thought he could copy GSP's strategy, but forgot that he wasn't anywhere GSP's weight or skill level. He should've ditched his gameplan after the first two rounds.
