[QUOTE="tommat119944"]

[QUOTE="Memberino"]they changed it!??? Damnit! I didn't know but that sucks.gamergeek545

Yeah, i know, but now all it is is the body of the review and just a score with 0.5 intervals, so only 5.5, 6.0 ect. I have no idea why they did so.

It has been changed for a good while but I like the old one better too.

What has it been now... almost a year? And yeah, I liked the old system better too.

I really don't even know what the point of this is. Why can't we just validate once? Then they know we have a legal copy of the game. Why would we have a legally purchased game on day one but then be playing a pirated copy 5 days later? I don't get that logic. There should be no need to keep re-validating.

Alliance probably have a large proportion in the age groups where gaming skill is lower

Gamers under 14

Gamers over 30

In my experiences with the horde I would put their ages as mostly in the 14-30 range.

Gamers under 14 aren't going to be good at the game period, and Gamers over 30 aren't going to be good at the game because they likely have careers and families, and they have more important things to do (like say, watching over their 14 year old that is also alliance)

Cobra_nVidia

LOL. Yeah. I hit 31 this year and with school, a job and a family I just don't have the time to dedicate anymore. I still play a lot but I can't call myself hardcore anymore. :-(

When I was playing I found the horde to have some genuinely nice people. I found some nice people on alliance too but as a whole they were a LOT more cliquey and a LOT more insulting to newer players. Granted, my server had about three times the alliance population as horde had. And the jerks are always more vocal so that may be why it seemed that way.

I can't wait. It's a great game. I played it and loved it on the 360 but the PC version has the potential to be so much better.

For me gamefly usually takes about 7 days both ways. If they happen to do the quick mail scan I can usually get games in 10 instead of 14 days. I live in Wisconsin so I'm smack dab between the shipping centers. What I do is I have one that I play while the others in transit. That works fine for me anyway because I usually only play one game at a time.
