@Valen_Ca He's comparing it with Microsoft's Live, which is mandatory, while Sony's Plus is not. They're different things. You have to compare the free part of the PlayStation's online, the thing that's always available, with what Microsoft has always available. That's why he said it like that.

I'm sure they're thinking of doing the same here as they did with Rayman Legends for the Wii U. Delaying it for platforms, close to release, even if it was finished, just because they only now remembered they want to launch it on other platforms.
