1. Wind Waker (playing it currently for fourth time)
2. Ocarina of Time (haven't played it in a long time though)
3.Twilight Princess
The reason why I like Wind Waker so much is that I find it has alot of good replayability. Also the art style is interesting. I havent played Ocarina in a long time though, so I'm thinking of getting it on GC, which can affect my opinion.
I love the stone temple, for the same reasons the others have stated. My second favorite would be ganons tower from wind waker because of reliving and redoing the other boss battles in the game (but in black n white, except for link) and batting phantom ganons magic ball thingies back at him is just so nerve wracking but fun.
