I highly recommend this game just to play skirmish games. Play with the Swarm Mod on any map or play the specific Swarm Maps and create an offline skirmish game.
My game saves are all unplayable. I dont have Xbox Live though due to no Network Adapter since my girlfriends house requires wireless. The Router is upstairs, tv is downstairs. Anyhow this is frustrating since anytime I load this game it crashes regardless of any of the 8 saves I try to load. And I also installed the game on my harddrive. And I have the old Xbox 360, not the new shiny black ones with wireless capability
You are alone on this one because if you had the money to afford an HDTV, you know you would buy one. I also play on a standard television and when I go to my brothers house and watch the 360 games on his 60 inch Plasma from Samsung, theres a huge difference. You're just talking crazy and even sound a little bitter. Sure the technology will always improve but I want an HDTV.
My Xbox 360 is officially DEAD. Consecutive Red rings started yesterday during Marvel Ultimate Alliance and now in Gears of War they will not stop and the Xbox 360 does simply not launch beyond the Xbox 360 logo. It freezes, at times the screen gets Vertical lines and everything either crashes to black screen or nothing happens. Great, just in time for Christmas.............oh man.
I traded in my system and all the games and so far I have $465 in credit. By launch I could have an additional $100-200 or easily more if I choose to spend it on games but chances are I won't. I'm going to start renting games.
