@liotinedario @FriendBear Japanese doujinshi for instance, often contains lewd images. Does that make anyone who reads this a pedophile? No, no it does not.

@liotinedario @FriendBear It depends on your point of view, and the representation in question. I've seen ecchi anime which have pushed the boundaries. The entire question of morality is in the eye of the beholder, in which case ~ sometimes, its wrong.

Another problem is that it is quite possible to buy a lolicon manga in Japan, and bring it to the USA and be immediately arrested and labelled a pedophile. The actual pedophile laws are so vague, with many media forms in grey areas - in many cases, some aspects of the law are so atrociously worded. I think obviously real images etc etc/ the book should definately be thrown at the offenders, for manga/anime and obviously 'fake' where no real person is harmed or abused, the law should be changed.

Honestly, if the law was followed to the letter ~ almost all Manga/Anime in the USA/Canada would be declared illegal.

Honestly, Its probably a good time, and the right time to release HL3. Its been quite a long time since HL2 release, its still popular - its a win-win.

Whilst I'm not overly fond of the current design of the PS4, Sony have proven that they have listened to the consumers at least and delivered a system that's priced fairly and doesn't have many limiting restrictions. Microsoft are honestly, going to pay for its arrogance after refusing to listen to it vast majority of gaming consumers.

Not really a big deal, I've been a member of PS+ Since around November time and so far, I've had no real complaints about the service, except I need a bigger HD to take advantage of all the downloads. Some of the games I've gotten via the service have been really great.

Probably going to be no surprise that we could probably start to see boycotts of publishers if they decide to block or charge for used games.

Like Nova_Prime_85 mentioned, if corporations like EA for example have control over used software, it's a no-brainer they'll charge or block used games. Basically, Microsoft are just looking to redirect the blame onto others so they don't look as bad.
