if you don't like it then that's not my problem---i don't like not having something explained.

How many topics or posts or replies you ask, the answer is as many as it takes until someone explains to me how to use the programs people keep saying work.

Because right now the programs don't work because no one explains how to use them to be able to do what people say tehy can do.

All someone has to do is explain how to use joytokey to map the buttons it's that simple.

I have every right to complain due to what people have been putting me through the past 6 hours.

Again if you or others do not like it then I suggest someone start explaining if not then deal with it or don't respond

Ok I have had so many people tell me to use joytokey to be able to use a 360 controller on the PC and I have to map the buttons in order for this to work.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know the buttons have to be mapped and I have been asking how to do this for over 6 hours now.

I am using windows XP, I have a wired 360 controller plugged into my PC, I downloaded and installed the software/drivers, I calibrated it, the buttons are all functioning, and the guide button is lit green.

Ok I have joytomap up and running, and my controller is set.

Ok i am all set up and ready to map the buttons, with the exception of how

What do i do now that joytokey is up and running?

Well I don't see how you or anyone else has helped out, be cause not one person has explained the exact way to use either or these programs

And if the on screen keyboard is there then there is a crucial piece missing which allows you to bring it up. Because I have no idea what you are talking about.

What is the exact proceedure that allows the on screen keyboard to come up because right now it doesn't exist.

As far as i am concerned It is simply impossible to use a 360 controller on the PC

I have been given links to 2 programs, Xpadder, and joytokey.

Well supposedly both of these programs allow you to use your 360 controller on the PC.

Everyone says this but yet when i ask how you use these programs to confiigure teh 360 controller I get no answers

The turoial that is in xpadder is good up until step 4, it says name the buttons by using the on screen keyboard. ok and the on screen keyboard is where. There is obviously a step missing because there is no on screen keyboard

Obn top of that joytokey has all these screens and tabs to click and all this stuff in it that I have no idea what screen is doing what or what needs to be done or what i am doing and it is impossible to figure out.

So far all anyone wants to say is that these programs work but not one person wants to explain how.

I need a very explicit very clear detailed explanation as what to click what screenms to go into and what the hell any of the things mean in either one of these programs.

People throw me off to stupid misleading tutorials that are missing parts or say things that are not even true.

If the on screen keyboard is in xpadder then someoen needs to explain the precice way to bring it up because what's written in the tut is either missing something or it is a lie.

and afetr someone wants to explain how exactly you use either one of these programs to configure the 360 controller, they then need to explain to me teh following:

1) How do take that configured file and be able to use it in the game

2) after the file has been created by the program, where does this file get placed so it's ready to use

3) once the file has been placed where it is supposed to be, how do i get the game to read it?

Everything I just said is all the missing information that is crucial need to know information

and before anyone wants to say anything about it being complete then I suggest you remmeber if it was complete then i woudln't have to be asking for people to fill in the missing gaps

We are still going in circles with this And I am now beyond pissed off

Step 4 doesn't exist there is no on screen keyboard that pops up so it's impossible to name what you have in there.

Since no one can get the concept of explaining something let me post this another way

Post a dam pictorial showing how you would get The Witcher using teh 360 controller

Show everything the launching of xpadder the file it creates I want pistures of everything

Ok we have established what Xpadder does I have always known what it does but that doesn't explain.

Here this may help you out with the problem I am having

Starting at step one:

1) I launched xpadder.. ok how does this help me use my 360 controller in a game?

Someone needs to fill in the rest from this point on about exactly how you use this to get the game to read my 360 controller.
