Fat acceptance is not a good thing. If anything we should be teaching children what they see on TV is fictional and in no way does it depicts the real world. We should also teach children respect since most are complete assholes.

It's totally OK for someone to say "OMG you need to eat you're so skinny", but if I ask "Why are you fat?" I'm a total asshole. Both parties canbe hurt by either comment, thus we should teach children to mind their own business in areas of conversation that may have the tendency to be interpreted wrong.

Simple. Than you can use the many other excuses: they smelled, were loud, etc..

A police officer doesn't have to prove he smells marijuana; neither would a person in court claiming they refused service based on hygiene. The burden of proof is with the prosecutor.

The loud one would probably be the easiest as it would be the hardest for a lawyer to simulate the exact decibels. The owner could then use the many employees, and friends/other customers to testify stating they did feel the individuals were of a nuisance. If they had children with them that alone can grant them the ability to win as children are generally loud, and there's no laws restricting being "Age-ist".

What would they win with the law suit? They still can't prove the actions were race motivated. You get a free meal because someone didn't want you on private property that's private access? Lets also take into account 99.9% of people wouldn't deal with the legal process and simply "Vote with their wallet".
