I honestly dont think a main Kingdom hearts (as in KH3) will appear on anything but the PS3, and I hope it stays that way. You really have to have played the games to understand but, the Kingdom Hearts series is moving in a much more mature direction, and everybody seems to be saying its "kiddy" so it will be good on the Wii. Now, just because its mature doesnt mean it COULDNT appear on Wii, Im just saying the PS3 has a better audience. Also, Sony has a good relationship with Disney who are big blu ray supporters which could be the main reason they keep their number 1 video game franchise PS3 exclusive.sk8ter33157

I would also love to see Kingdom Hearts on the Wii but Kingdom hearts was on the PS2 because more people owned a PS2 then the GameCube and the Xbox...and whcih console do people own more...the Wii more then a PS3 and a Xbox 360 so there is a strong possibility that Kingdom Hearts will come to the Wii but we can't tell for sure until they announce somethingDavidRswii

That is a valid assumption. And yes, throughout the years we can see that square always picked the strongest system to release their games on. For example,all the old final fantasy games plus a few other games by square like bahamut lagoon and chrono trigger were released on a Nintendo platform, NES and the SNES, because they were statistically the most popular consoles at the time, but then sony came with the PS and it got more popular, and fallowing it came the PS2 on which all square games were released. After that the game boy advance came and games such as Final Fantasy: Tactics Advance, FF1 and 2 and FF4(not to mention other games and also KH CoM. After that came the DS and on the DS we have seen Final fantasy 3 so far and also other games such as dragon quest and chocobo games released by square. There was also this Dragon quest game, may I add, that included both dragon quest characters and Nintendo characters, and here we see square and nintendo's first real union in one game, although most of you may not know about this game because it was only released in Japan. So mostly square released games on Nintendo platforms, Sony was just a company with money running through their veins which square wanted to suck it all.

I hope it goes multi-plat with 360 PS3. Story telling and cutscenes are part of what makes Kingdom Hearts so amazing. And KH would benifet greatly from the 360 and PS3's power. Also, the developers have already stated that KH is going to get darker (proof Birth by Sleep), so all this family friendly crap is thrown out the window.Sk8nNotH8n

sadly if it is to be released on the PS3 it's almost certain that it's going to be released Xbox 360 because that is the only other console with graphics to sustain the game. And like devil may cry so will almost every other sony exclusive games be released on the 360.

Maybe. Didn't Square-Enix sell the franchise to Disney first? I heard that.

that wouldn't the a problem, actually it would be an advantage since Disney is about to release most of the few games that it is actually releasing on the Wii. And that brings me back to the point that Nintendois suitable for all ages, isn't that the kind of thing Disney wants? plus if both companies had a head on their shoulders they would want the extra cash the game would give them if it were released on the wii, the game could be released on both ps3 and the wii.

This has been speculated all over the internet. the question is, will it happen? we know that there is an almost undeniable chance that the game will be released on the PS3, that is taking out all the other three releases, birth by sleep, the psp version has been shown to us, 358/2, is being released on the DS and Coded on the mobile.

The thing is that kingdom hearts already made Nintendo fans like the series by releasing Chain of memories, there has been impact on the fans due to that and the game, in my opinion, was the worse in the series, now with this DS release the release of Kingdom hearts 3 on the Wii doesn't seem so distant now. Not only that, but consider the mentality of the game, new graphics means more detailed gore, which means KH3 will stand out among the PS3 game as a childish game, were it released on the wii, it would fit in perfectly in the touch generation games.

Now lest consider something else. Kingdom hearts is a very action based game, Square-Enix should at least consider releasing it on the Wii because the wii remote could improve the experience of the battle system a lot. The graphics on the wii could be a bit of a let down for the game but that wouldn't be so bad because kingdom hearts has mainly cartoon based graphics, and looking at Mario galaxy and SSBB graphics the games environment seems to fit in very well with the graphics on the wii. And lastly one more point to consider. if kingdom hearts were released on the Wii it would be at least the 4th game made by square-enixreleased on the console (the new chocobo's dungeon game, Dragon Quest swords and FF:CC) there could even be a possibility for the two companies to combine.
