What exactly is 'black crime' then? You're saying you know it has nothing at all to do with race, yet here you refer to 'black crime', hip hop culture and 'the image of blacks' as well as the perceived intelligence of black people.

Um, black crime is the crime rate among blacks, caused by lack of work, lack of education, etc. The hip hop culture is a culture that many blacks embrace because they are thoroughly represented in it, and it because it glamorizes their unfortunate circumstances. The image of blacks is what is affected negatively by these things. None of this has anything to do with blacks having some inherent quality that makes them worse or inferior. That was something you completely drummed up yourself and began trying to argue with me about.
