I just beat Rainbow Six Vegas on realistic and i didn't get the achievement, any ideas?

There's a bug in Vegas that when you complete the game on normal, and then try to complete it on hard, it switches back to normal when you exit mid-level. You will have to start again on Realistic, and make sure that before you quit, you're at the beginning of a new level. (And regularly make sure the game hasn't switched back to normal)

It's awesome. Short but sweet.
