FFVII was the first one I played all the way through. FF2 (SNES) was the first one I ever played though. I just wasn't into that sort of thing at the time.

I still can't decide on a favorite. . . maybe VII or X.

Three. . . THREE. . . new FFXIII games. Two PS3 and one mobile. If they come out at the same time, I will be very surprised.

Blitzaball never appealed to me.

Sports games generally don't. So when FFXhad Blitzball as the primary mini game, I played a couple times and said, Final Fantasy has jumped the shark.

It seems I am an outlier. I only finish my Final Fantasy games once.

By the time I collect everything, breed just the right Chocobo, and finish all the side quests, I find I have burned out on the game after more than 100 hours of play time (because I want to level up too).

I guess that means I have a four-way tie for first:

Final Fantasy II

Final Fantasy VII

Final Fantasy IX

Final Fantasy X

I like it.

Offers a nice break from all of the celebrity banners (Cloud, Seph, etc. . .)
