Ε3 in the previews years (and I am talking about 2004 and older) was much better and useful than now. A lot of thanks to Gamespot for that article. Good memories coming back...
I only buy original games, not only because I don't trust illegal copies but also for supporting the companies. It's not necessary spending 150 euros each month to play your favourite games. Search a bit in Gaming sites and Magazines and decide which game should you buy. Most of the people I know that buy pirate games never end a game, they just play it a bit and then throw them in a corner of their room. Bying an original game means that you buy a PRODUCT, buying an illegal copie means you just buy a DVD and nothing more. I do not disagree, games are expensive but piracy is not the solution. Just think how many companies have just "passed away" because of financial problems. We keep it this way and the only companies in the industry will be EA and one or two more. Personaly, I hate protection ways like DRM. After all, games which applied that way of protection, can be found in every torrent site fully cracked! I hate being forced to sign up online accounts or having to install 3rd party software to play a game. Steam is a good way, but I do not know how much will it last. Remember, we are the ones who support game industry, with our choises and with our voices. We deserve a little more respect from the companies, but the companies deserve a bit respect from us too...
