@Max_160

Where as this is true for a lot of modern games, I wouldn't exactly say why this is relevant here. Tomb Raider multiplayer is just an extra, we all bought the game for singleplayer. Which is fully fleshed out & worth the full price.

As an original Assassins Creed fan, I don't find myself particularly interested in this franchise anymore. It's become an annual thing, & the disappointent of III really sunk in when I watched that ending of Desmond. I've not really felt that awesome experience of a new Assassins Creed game since Brotherhood, yes I said Brotherhood not 2. Without a doubt 2 is my favourite, but something about Brotherhood still places it high in my collection of games, maybe it's the incredible pulse bounding action or the amazing performance from Andreas Apergis (Cesare Borgia), but it's still a beautiful & amazing game to play. I still think 2 will never be beaten though. If Ubisoft is going to be annually releasing Assassins Creed games out instead of a 2-3 year cycle, I don't want any part of it.

I consider myself a hardcore Tomb Raider fan, I still go through all the Core Design games quite a bit as they deliver huge Nostalgia because of my childhood. Having said that, ever since Crystal Dynamics took over starting from Legend, I've not liked a single Tomb Raider game that they have developed. (Excluding Guardian of Light.) Why? It feels like a script, everything feels incredibly linear, in the original games you were able to climb just about any wall, where as in the CD games, you cannot. What's my point?The fact a multiplayer is being an addition to this game, means that not all the focus is on the single player, which doesn't give me much hope because that had THREE attempts at a single player ONLY Tomb Raider game & failed miserably at all three attempts. Ironically the attempt with most positives was Anniversary, the game where all they had to do was re-create Core Design's legacy. Bottom line, this multiplayer could kill this game, or it could just be something they've added as a way of more replay value, which is what is suggested due to it being announced so late. I really hope it's that. My hopes for this game are still high, with some sceptical feelings.

@Virtual_Erkan Well I didn't particularly enjoy Far Cry 2's multiplayer anyway, and Far Cry 3 is a single player game for me

Uncertain whether to wait until I get my high-spec PC in January & get Far Cry 3 on that, or be impatient and get the Xbox version :3

No EA Sports Football Club? Or more importantly the most popular online mode on the other Nex-Gen consoles, Ultimate Team? This game was destined to be a lesser version from the start.

What I generally tend to do is read the score after the review, and guess what the score would be, based on what I have read, I was generally expecting an 8.5. At least to me that's what the tone of the review was like.

@sayoose @Cyber_Spirit So tell me, what game isn't for nerds? We are all nerds & we love it. So I'm just going to say a simple '**** YOU.' & we shall be done.
