A bad comparison if I'm honest Brendan; I can see your point to be fair, but at least with Skylanders you get a nice figurine. They're pretty well designed and tbh spend most of the time on my shelf :P but when you play, you get to play with said figures in your game. It's a neat feature, though the individual prices are an awful amount for what you're getting, so I see your point in that respect. However, with DLC, you have an intrinsically and aesthetically useless product; with Skylanders you have a nice figurine to put on your shelf.
Exactly the reason I'm not supporting FFXIII-2 DLC; I don't want it in that game, so I'm not buying it. Whilst I know others will and I'm probably not making a difference, it makes me feel better knowing I don't support it and never will.
@kevin-v Good article, strange title Kev. 'Why Do You Hate Mass Effect 3?' is a bizarre way to head something you've just awarded a 9/10, when the question insinuates that you're going to elaborate on why you might hate it. Not played any of the series myself yet, but I plan on getting round to it. Would you say that I'm overly missing out as a PS3 user by not being able to play the first? Will it have a detrimental impact on my enjoyment of the series as such?
Unbelievable, though reading some of the comments in System Wars makes me convinced there isn't a god. There's a difference between constructive criticism and abhorrent insults. People really are self-entitled little ****s sometimes.
