No, they not facts . . .

It's funny I was under the impression the forums were for discussion and that includes people's opinions. I see very, very little on the boards that have to do with facts. Honestly most posts are opinions, or questions, or rants. I don't blog and know nothing about a blog's format. Either way I don't see how this can't be included, but each to their own. And I did say at the start that there were plenty of people that are anticipating these games.

First off I know people are excited about both of these games. That being said I just don't care about either of them. They seem to be the same style of over the top game play. Hyper violence and negative sexual perspectives. I just don't know why I should care. I played all the DN games when I was younger and thought they were funny, but that passed and now it's more of an eyeroll response from me. I almost feel like the new DN will be a flop mostly because it just won't live up to the originals (not my personal opinion, just how I think it will do). Bulletstorm is just flat out retarded (yes, that's my personal opinion). The graphics are colorful but seem off, the constant dick jokes and comments make me groan, and the kill with skill mechanic is repetitive after playing the demo twice. Really, I get that the set pieces can be interacted with to cause other things to happen, but I see that getting as old as the kills. I guess I just really hate the meat stick you are supposed to play as. What is it with Epic and their need to make every single character in their games a slow witted misogynistic steroid filled douche?? It makes me wonder.

You could get a shell to put the drive in and attach it via usb to your new PS3. I don't know if it works honestly, but it seems like a sound idea. PS3 uses FAT32 drives and the drive is already compatible. You could then try to recover the drives contents on the new drive.

Hm, the 15 minute updates seem to be common on applications that aren't used very often. Like a feature that you never use but then you decide to check it out, only there have been a number of updates, so now you are waiting for the updates to kick in. You finally use it but are irritated at the update and decide to not use it. A month or two later you want to check it out again and you are hit with another set of updates. . . . or am I understanding this incorrectly. My friend seemed to have this problem with the PS3 in general, he played with me like once a month and would complain that it needed to update every time he came on to play. I just kept my mouth shut.

Wha?? I can think of a few good actresses that could be Elena doesn't have to be a dumb chick that can't act but looks good. My god what the. . ?

We are doomed cause of Netflix?? I personally love having it on my computer, I can watch a movie almost anywhere I am if there is wi-fi. I can let the kids play a game or watch a movie (on netflix on the ps3 even) themselves and I can watch what I want to watch in the other room. I can watch things I normally wouldn't have spent money on but now have instant access, increasing my interest in other genres, etc.

Tangent:Cloud computing is what is being pushed next anyway, with everything being sold as a utility, instant access to whatever you want as long as you have a service. I don't see it as making me lazy at all, it just makes things easier. Convergence has already made our cell phones mini computers. I use my cell for a million things too, most of them mirror what I use my computer for when I am out and about. Again, this has made me more productive if anything. Next semester there will be an Android App class which I will be taking cause I want to create apps that are useful and maybe make me some cash. I don't need this class as I'm IT Security, but there is a lot of programming in Networking anyway (C# and any C compiler that an Open Source O/S may need to run). I see all of this as far from the end of civilization, I'm actually extremely amped about the future and being in a field that has actually been growing during this economic depression! That and I alway get physical exercise so I can counter all the comp and game playing time, seriously, exercise is super important.

On topic: A disc changer would be pretty pointless, give me a 6 TB drive (or more) and let me have all my games on the drive, Or better yet, allow games to be loaded on an external drive using the Cloud storage for saves that Sony promised and then I can always have enough room as long as the drive is big enough.

Nope, love the game! I am working on making a number of levels myself, which is a big aspect of the game. The community built levels can be even crazier and more inventive than the actual game.
