Dudes, even with a bidet you still use toilet paper lol. If you're pulling those pants back up with a soaked ass, kinda gross.

On topic, nah. I wouldn't have joined in that anyways. But I also tend to buy non perishable household stuff in bulk, so I was already set. Think I buy tp like once or twice a year.

If anything I think it would be crazy if we were the only life out there. Just seems so improbable. At least hundreds of billions of galaxies in the observable universe, possibly trillions. Each of those hosting star counts in the hundreds of billions. That's an incomprehensible amount of dice rolls lol.

Across a time scale of billions of years, even "life as we know it" would almost certainly arise somewhere else. And it's not like we really know shit about shit, not that crazy to imagine life can take form in other ways.

And again, only talking the observable universe, we'll never know how far this thing goes beyond the causally disconnected cosmic horizon, possibly infinite.

Now, other life forms visiting here, that's where I'm wayyy more skeptical. Far too separated by both time and space, the idea that humanoid aliens pop up every now and then seems a bit silly lol. I'd also imagine that any beings advanced enough to bypass the various filters of interstellar travel likely wouldn't give a shit about us. Just another primitive zoo.

@ConanTheStoner: Nice, thanks for the heads up.

Did you ever check out that Turtles game?

Nah, keep kicking it down the road. Seems a bit too basic, like I'd only dig it for the nostalgia.

If anything I should reinstall Sor4 some time, never touched any of the DLC.

I wonder if Conan is a kabillionare.

Always get the impression he's loaded.

😂

I wish bro. I do pretty well for myself, better than most in my field. Like I've barely even worked this past year and a half, and still doing fine. But far from loaded and pretty soon I'm gonna need to get "full time" again.

@ConanTheStoner: You're not wrong, everything about that looks awesome. Haven't touched SF6 since launch, but think now prob just make that my starting character.

Yeah, character drops in about a month. Looks so cool tho. Generating some good buzz too, who knew that giving Fang some tits was all it takes. 😂

Random, but I scooped this last night, did a quick playthough.

A well done upgrade of the SNES classic. Not quite Sor4, but still, dope game. I think you'd dig it.

Yo, don't know if SF6 is still busted on your PC. But they revealed FANG 2.0 AKI's gameplay and it looks sick.

Really just looks like they juiced Fangs options while adding better zoning tools. Great animations too.

@Mozelleple112:

You'll want to grab NGB and NG2. Sigma games have all kinds of issues and wack additions. NGS is easier than NGB and NGS2 is a cakewalk compared to NG2. The differences are especially drastic for the latter.

Don't know if you own any Xbox consoles, but those are the only way to access those games unfortunately.

And yes you'll have to unlock the higher difficulties by beating the highest available difficulty.

Though if NGS is all you have access to, beating Doku in the "unwinnable" fight at the beginning unlocks the next difficulty automatically.

@nod_calypse:

Seems too muddy to me, defeats the purpose of the question. Should just go off the highest challenge a game offers.

Especially important with Japanese action games where the difficulty increases often lead to substantial changes rather than simple value tweaks. NGB for example introduces all new enemy types, mixes late game enemies earlier with new attacks/patterns. Flying Swallow changes from a freebie attack to something that is typically blocked or countered leading to your death lol. All kinds of changes like that.

It's pretty typical in these games for the initial run to essentially function as a long tutorial with the higher difficulties being the real game.

@nod_calypse:

Cheese tactics in NG hold up with some enemies/encounters in normal mode, sure. But then there's multiple modes up from there with no freebies.

NG2 PotMN, cheese is a requirement in some encounters. As in it's the only possible out lol. Not something that makes the game easy.

Don't take my word for it, give it a go. These other games will feel like playing Kirby afterwards.

I don't even think it's a satisfying or fun challenge, I'll never do it again. Any time I revisit the game, just stick with Path of the Mentor.

NG2 on PotMN is considerably more difficult than anything on that list. NGB MNM is an easy game by comparison. Even if we only counted the first couple of stages of NG2 PotMN, it would still take it. Game is brutal lol.

But of course we're talking "big" well known games here. Actual tough as nails games tend to remain obscure, rarely break through to mainstream audiences.
