Yeah it pretty much sucks, I wish series would stay in the genre they established (Resident Evil should be REAL survivor horror and slower paced, Warcraft should be a real time strategy game and not an MMORPG, Banjo Kazooie should be a platformer, not a vehicle building game... you get the idea.)Fredrick2003x

Do you feel the same way about Halo Wars being an RTS? Some games/worlds just lend themselves well to other genres. Should the new Bioware MMO "The Old Republic" be shunned because it's not a turned-based RPG? Should Fallout 3 not be played because it switched from an isometric view to 1st/3rd person? Kind of narrow-sighted don't you think?

heres a question I'm sure I could figure out by looking at the new on RE5 but Im lazy. Is Chris Redfield back in this one as the main character? and whatever happened to Jill Valentine? Ada Wong was pretty cool and had a fun place in RE4 but i wish Jill had been in there somewhere, with her blue berret and sexy form fitting blue bullet proof vest, anyone else miss Jill and Chris? and in the original RE did anyone else love the choice of picking who you play as?

Yes, Chris is the main character in RE5. To date, Jill isn't in the game, (unless Capcom is really keeping it under wraps), there's a new female lead in RE5.

Someone is definitely drinking Naughty Dog's kool-aid. If you really believe that developers have figured out how to queeze every ounce of power out of the PS3 this early in the console's cycle, then that's a really bad sign for the PS3.

Developers alway say this kind of crap about their games & there's always at least one person lapping up the hyperbole. Congrats, looks that person is you!

While I agree that the Res remakes on the GC were great, they still don't stand up to the overall quality of RE4 IMO. Not by a longshot.
