Haze should have been named Daze. It's what the developers must have been in when they created this game. I don't think anyone ever played it online, let alone still playing it online. Lair looks & plays like a AAA title compared to the crap that is Daze...
Thanks for the replies. I guess the fact that invites are being sent out to some users is something, but they really need to push the full version out already, they've only been promising this for over a year now.
I spent a decent amount of time with the game, I just don't see what all the hype is about. Yeah, killing zombies is great but the game just feels sloppy to me. No leaderboards = lame. Limited scenarios = lame. Limited weapon types = lame. Limited enemy types = lame. Sketchy graphics = lame. The only things that seem cool to me in this game is the AI director & just the overall idea of a co-op zombie-survival game. Otherwise, it just seems like a dumbed-down counterstrike mod to me.
Home might look cool, but until we actually freaking see it, (let me guess, it's been delayed AGAIN), I'm not getting that excited. The Netflix functionality is already up & operational on the 360 & works great. So let's wait to talk about how it's the "greatest thing this gen" until someone actually gets to spend some time with it...
Or is Sony just trying to quietly let it slip into '09? I'm really getting tired of all the non-stop delays of promised features. ANyone know when we're actually going to see it?
I just wish I could play Fable2 for more than an hour without feeling like I'm being bored to sleep. Seriously, as much as I loved the first Fable I really expected to just be insane-o for the second, but it just doesn't hold my interest at all & really only feels like the first game with a graphical upgrade & bigger areas. Huge disappointment IMO.
I loved every minute of MGS4 though, I'm on like my 6th playthrough at this point. Opinions vary I guess but I think MGS4 is hands down the better game of the two.
