This is how you balance guns, Destiny you should be taking a look here. Everything is pretty damn balanced for the most part and now they are just doing minor fine tuning to make it just right. Not Destiny where they have flip flopped on effectiveness of entire weapon classes over and over and still continue to do so.
Man, I am just bummed that I cannot buy an edition with BOTH of the statues... We all know it is a weird pricing discrepancy and that it will likely be $200 or less for the Cinder one but still why would they have two separate ones?
@maiden_ty_one-: I actually just looked directly at the list and not the text above it and apparently December is slated for the release of additional titles like Halo Reach, Black Ops, SKATE3 and all of the Bioshock titles.
With that information in mind I suppose that does definitely lighten the situation in my mind, just odd that they aren't in the initial batch? Perhaps they want to make more of a media splash by releasing those games closer to Christmas?
I was really hoping they would officially launch this with a bang, showing off at least a few big name titles. What we got instead is mostly a handful of random small arcade games or games so old and forgotten I couldn't care less to boot up again. Granted there are of course some gems in here but most of the worthwhile titles had already been announced anyway. I feel Microsoft missed a huge opportunity here with this and unless they step it up in the coming months I really do not foresee any reason for anyone to get rid of the 360s and fully commit to the current gen if they haven't already. I am sure the generic marketing point of Backwards Compatibility will net them a handful of more sales from the oblivious public this holiday season but in terms of actual gamers they are definitely not doing anything here to win over their hearts, only further poke the beast.
@Evil_Sidekick: I have taken sick days all the time for game releases. I am super healthy and rarely really get sick and my job is pretty stingy with carrying over sick time each year so why would I not use that time to give myself random relaxing Tuesdays to chill and play games?
@gotrekfabian: While I definitely agree that overall Gunslinger is the most efficient in Trials in terms of Hunter subclasses, I have just really clicked with the Nightstalker class and was looking forward to trying it out in ToO. Increased movement speed, shadestep, tracking enemies and a melee ability grenade all have really gown on me since TTK launched!
