hey guys, i'm thinking about buying a PS3 for metal gear solid 4. i'm kind of unsure though if i could make it work in my setup. worse comes to worse i'll have to put it on a meh tv in another room, but i want to use it on my computer monitor like my 360.
the 360 works great in my setup, i use it on my monitor in conjuction with this cable that i bought for it. does the ps3 have anything similar that would help?

You just need an HDMI cable to VGA. Or you can get an HDMI and buy a HDMI to VGA converter.
VGA sucks compared to DVI, so I wouldn't be suprised if you can't find anything (VGA is being replaced by DVI). But they used to exist.
DVI VGA and HDMI have the exact same quality. one can't be better then the other when their the same thing...
just because ms can pinch a game out their cheeks here and there doesnt mean their good and to dis ones competion is to underestimate and its just gonna end up sliding up their crack and their just gonna have to take it. i mean what they say in this little rant not an article is stuff that their machein cannot not even do. Sony is much more savy on their financial futures compared to microsoft which is just out for money not customer satisfaction.
