Are you people serious? You're actually basing your favorable opinion of a system on what "looks" better? They both look great, with any differences being marginal and mostly unnoticeable. I mean, This is not the 16 bit days when you could see a multiplat Sega Genesis game and know right away it wasn't a SNES game due to the noticeably lower color palette and inferior sound quality. When you say to yourself "That leaf doesn't look quite right" or " that shadow is too dark" you've become a lost cause to the greater picture of enjoyable modern gaming. Put away the magnifying glass and pick up your controllers for Pete's sake.

I do not see Nintendo launching at $250. That is just absurd. They already said it will be BELOW $250, and I think it can realistically be $200 or at the very best $150. Of course, if they do decide to release it at $200, I'm pretty confident they will include some extras with the package to sweeten the deal. Here's to hoping its a game or some free VC downloads.

Who the heck buys a game because "It makes you look cool"? I buy games that I find fun, noy because their is some sort of image factor involved. Oh well, I guess I'll play along: 1) Metroid Prime: The one game in my collection I can say keep me thouroughly entertained from start to finish. It has a far more "hardcore" appeal than simplistic games like Halo, and it is every bit as satisfying and ground-breaking as Super Metroid was. I love this game with every fiber of my being. 2) Resident Evil (GC remake): The first game I ever owned for gamecube, and it was one of the most awe inspiring. The graphics were (and still are) unbelievable, and it was neat to revisit an old favorite with a fresh coat of paint. I remember fondly when my father came in and asked what I was "watching". It felt so cool to tell him that I was PLAYING Resident Evil, a zombie game with a great presentation and an overall fantastic visual masterpiece. 3) Gitaroo Man (PS2). If there was one game any of my friends could watch without getting bored, it would be Gitaroo Man. Not only was the music catchy and the story quirky, but it also had a univeral charm that anybody could grasp and understand. It's kinda like the Super Mario of rythm games. It's also super rare (for a PS2 game). 4) Panzer Dragoon Orta: In terms of originality and artistic scope, Panzer Dragoon Orta would be the game I would show off to my artisitc friends. There is so much back story and deep meaning to the game, that I can't help but applaud the effort put forth in this title. One of the best Xbox games out there In my honest opinion. 5)Castlevania: Symphony of the Night: By far, the best game in the series, and for good reason. If I could only have one PSone game, this would be it, not only because it's fun to play, but because it has an awesome presentation and fantastic music. Not to mention that Alucard is hands down, the best Castlevania Hero ever. Any 2D sidescroller fan would agree, SOTN is a great game that shouldn't be missed by anyone.
