Obviously many of you dont know as you sheep seem to think MG is some magical creation that couldnt be done on the Gamecube.  I know sheep know its not as powerful as the PS3 or 360 and im not saying it should be.  But it is disapointing when the majority of games look worse then Gamecube titles.

Also whats all this talk 5 years from now?  The Wii has said by develoeprs that it is basically a gamecube with a faster procssor and more Ram there is no untapped power to it.  You are not going to see the games look much better 5 years from now then they do now for the simple fact the Wii is an extremly easy system to dev for.

It has a 700 Mhz powercore pc .  Its barely stronger then the orignal xbox a system that came out 5 years ago.  And if it is stronger which i do belvie it is.  Isnt it pathetic that the games dont look better?  Its a single core processor the system is really easy to dev for.  Devs simply just dont care to make the games look decent and they never will because they want to focus so much on the control.

Agreed, It just seems right now people are using the control as a gimmick hopefully they will truly try to make some quality titles because right now the only one proven capable of producing quality on that system is Nintendo themselves.

Well I try to be pretty reasonable .  You are talking to someone that went into last gen being the biggest Nintendo Fanboy .  ( The differnce is unlike most people on SW I actually was) and they did so many things that just made me turn sides. I still have my heart with them but I am disgusted in some of the decistions they made.

1. The price is good?  Nintendo is the only one that launched there system for a profit it is a rip off.  It cost Microsoft 575$ to produce each 360 when it launched and they sold it for 400$.( A loss of 175$)  It cost Sony 850$ to make each PS3 and there selling it for 600$.( A loss of 250$) . It cost Nintendo 160$ to make each Wii and they are selling it for 250$( A gain of 90$) that is a ripoff.  Nintendo could have at least took a small hit or sold it to break even.

2. Um the Gamecube sold more then 25 million units the Wii is at what 5million now?  There are hardly more Wii then Gamecube owners at the moment.  It may end up that way and im sure there will be some casuals that pick up the system due to the differnt way it plays but the hype isnt gonna last forever.

3. Um and im not saying its fact.  The gamecube didnt have a Ton of AAA.  Actually there was an offical list here on GS and the PS2 had more then the GC and Xbox combined so I really dont know what your talking about.  Yes I enjoyed the GC so i dont regret buying it.  But it didnt even have 1/4th the AAA titles of the PS2. My point is sheep talk about the Wii outselling the PS3 the simple fact is it doesnt have the longevity that the PS3 has and looking at this gen it doent look like it will be much differnt.  As about 95% of the AAA titles for the Gamecube will be made by Nintendo themselves.

The 3 AAA titles I was listing for the Wii were the first 3 you named because we have actually seen fottage of them. The rest of the Wii titltes you listed havent had anything shown on them at least I have something to look at to hype it.  You just hyped those games for the name.

Im saying people should at least see vids and pics before they hype somehting.

Sonic and the secret rings looks decent but nothing that couldnt be done on the Gamecube.  And it pails in comparison to higher quality Gamecube titles visually like Starfox Adventures for an example.
