All assclowns like EA understand is money. If you reward them for bad behaviour it will not only continue, but get worse. When you stop buying their crap, that's when they sit up and pay attention. BF/COD? Same shit, different pile.

BiowarEA has been over for a while now. It was a nice run while it lasted. Time to move along.

Heh, what an amusing article. A commercial product is high art akin to a great painting, novel or piece of music is it? No. It's not even in the parking lot of the ballpark. The authour should spend a little more time studying (art) history and philosophy before making such sweeping, and utterly flawed assertions. This is a commcercial product, nothing more. They wouldn't be even be permitted to make the attempt to create a game if the owner of this particular company didn't feel it was financially viable. It is "the" deciding factor in whether they greenlight a project or not. Besides, artists alter their work - and the works of others - all the time. The only thing the authour states correctly is that Bioware - actually EA - doesn't have to listen to, nor respond - much less address - these criticisms. You're 100% right on the money there. However, speaking of money - that motivating factor - we - the consumers - not only don't have to buy anymore of Bioware's games, we don't have to buy any of EA's games. If they feel that mistreating a large segment of their paying customers is perfectly acceptable who are we to disabuse them of that notion? I'm certainly not going to rail and curse the high heavens about it. I'm simply going to take my consumer dollars to someone who does respect that I'm paying their salary and others will do the same. Let's see if their "art" will keep a roof over their heads and food on the table then.
