When I was about 11-12 years old I was playing football (soccer to the US) and I kicked the soccer ball so hard trying to score that due to the way the other kid was holding out his arm when he tried to save the ball it hit his hand and broke his arm :S It was the weirdest thing. Complete accident. He was a twin as well, so as he cried his twin brother shouted at me. It wasn't my fault! :cry:

Yeah I see your point, but I thought he was a bit out of line saying what he said in the first place, which makes me want to ask why he was being a jerk. He is usually an alrightish sorta guy, for him to come out with was sorta unusual. Besides he is the one that always says that if I have a problem with a member of staff be it other sales assistants or himself to go and talk to him about it, so that is what I would want to do.
