Also, shortly after I tried to go to Manage Account via xbox 360 it said it couldn't connect to Xbox Live, though I was on Xbox Live. Now it will, but it wouldn't after I entered the code.
And the site claims I have no MS points, and that my code has already been redeemed.
I got a 1400 MS point card and entered the code into the Redeem Code bar on my xbox 360. It then had the loading xbox 360 sign in the center of the screen for awhile (a full minute or 2), and said the 1400 points were put on my account. However when I went to check and buy something, it claims I have 0 points on it.
Should I contact Microsoft, or can this be fixed easily?
