A 4 is really annoying, for this could have easily been a 6 or 7. This is quite similar to its predecessor even if it did not improve on it there is no reason to categorize this as trashy sequel.Its like dead island 1.5!!
I was kinda bummed out by the review score but then since it seems that this game isn't much different from the 1st i had to play it and honestly it turned out to be quite decent.No way as bad as a "4" Bottom line being, people who liked the 1st one will surely enjoy this.
I can say that i am prepared for an always online console but will i ever buy such a restrictive console?? HELL NO!! No matter what benefits an always online console will provide, it will never be preferred over a console that is not so dependent on the internet.
@snxx couldn't agree more, bought the game after it got a kick-ass 9.5(should have glanced over the user score)i swear alt+f4 the game after 30 mins it was downright horrible to say the least, the most shoddy pc port ever!!how can this game get more than a 7 let alone the astonishing 9.5??
I normally don't meddle with personal opinions but will have to disagree on this one since tomb raider games have never been about storytelling, and have been more focused on action and platforming. What Crystal Dynamics did here was far from a "failed" reboot,(20 hours ingame) it had a decent balance between fast paced gameplay and storytelling elements, overusing the later in the game would have diluted the core game design but then-again its a personal opinion which i think you have explained yours nicely, it makes sense till it doesn't come across as a fact.
LMAO at the part where Liz tosses stuff at Chris XD, n yea thanks but no thanks Chirs for making an awesome gun review, now i have to go through infinite again *sigh* guess simcity will have to wait.
