To be fair, the sequel is VASTLY superior to the original Dark Cloud. :/

Yeah, this has probably been done before, but it's being done again. What RPGs on the PS2 struck you as incredibly awesome? For me:

FF12(quite possibly the best PS2 RPG, and DEFINATLY the best in series)

Dragon Quest 8 (Again, best in it's series)

The Shadow Hearts series (blending quirkyness and seriousness to deliver really deep and enojoyable stories)

Dark Cloud 2 (A VAST improvement on the first in every possible way, most notably it's story, characters and overall enjoyability)

Atelier Iris (Fun, enjoyable story, good characters, and a pretty good alchemy system.

Wild Arms 3, Alter Code:F and 4 (Awesome stories, awesome characters, pretty much awesome EVERYTHING)

I'm (hopefully) getting Overlord via gamefly soon, and although what I've heard of it is fairly positive, I was wondering if I could get some feedback/comments/criticism.
