Graphics are much better. I dont think I can go back to Halo 2. People have way to high of expectations considering Halo's style never was about best graphics it just that it ended up with the better than most since the Xbox was stronger than the PS2 and Halo 2 was one of its only quality games(sad to say). If you want the best graphics you should go take interest in Crisis and the amount of money it will take to make it look as good as advertised. Something like Gears of War needed its graphics because of its apocalyptic story line and over the shoulder 3rd person view..
Another year of me hoping 2K can make a GREAT baseball game worthy of a $60 price tag and another sad year in defeat. 2K makes the best of other sport but the MLB series just doesnt improve much other then the visuals. Im gunna have to rent it to see if its under-rated and still worth the price but till then Im dissapointed I dont see high scores in reviews.
I think Sony needs to look back at them selves and keep what they where good for. The Sony now knows whatever it manufactures will sell a good amount. The PS1 and PS2 didnt recieve its popularity because it was compatible with all different types of media, it sold great because of its variety of great games. Sony now looks into its media capabilities and force you to use them(UMD,Blu-Ray) when thats not the main interest. I see the PS3 as the console version of the PSP where it looks great and has the tech power but interferes with the gaming qualities.
