Mortal Kombat II Has Beautiful Graphics Effects, The best Fatalties (MK3 Has some spoiled Fatalities ':s') and the Best Screams as you can Hear (AAAAAAAAH!!!).
Mortal Kombat II Has a Simple System, you choose your character, and fight versus all characters (Including yourself :s) and the Bosses. Some Nice Suprises will occur during your gameplay, sometimes Jade and Smoke will apear and give to you some clues to find they. Some Stages have deadly traps. You can Fight Jade or Smoke if you discover their riddles. Play with your friend various times and you fight versus the misterious character "NOOB SAIBOT". Or... Play the old PONG!!!
Mortal Kombat II Isn't perfect, The Very Hard Difficulty will sometimes disrupt the player. And That isn't cool. (:()
