One year later, and for $17 dollars no less, this game was well worth the wait and quiet fun.

Browsing through Gamestop and and checking the bargins(seeing as I had a $20 dollar gift card) I decided to give this game a try. I figured I had nothing to lose and granted I didn't lose that much money in the proses.

What a good decision! Picking this game up I decided to ignore all the negative hype and just play with an open mind.

For starters, the game is gorgeous, for being one of the first PS3 games on the market the game really holds up to others in the library. With the ability to reach 7.1 surround sound(if you have it) this game really looks and sounds like you're there flying a dragon.

As far as gameplay goes, most people might be turned off by the sixaxis control however if you give it time the controls have a lot to them. flying around chasing dragons can really get exhilarating once you get the hang of it, but the real fun lies withing the ground combat. Slamming the ground and knocking away countless enemies, setting people on fire or even picking one up with your teeth and running around with them never gets old. There is also an option, for those who are really turned off by the sixaxis can choose to use the joystick, but where is the fun in that?

Overall, the game is actually really fun. Its a shame so see such fun game get so much negative reviews. Personally if you want something new, and not a post modern, apocalyptic 1st person space shooter I suggest you pick it up. Besides, its pretty cheap now, so what do you have to lose?
