I will start out by being honest... There is nothing innovative about this game. However, that doesn't mean it isn't a great title. We can all agree that there is a general lack of good titles for the PSP, and this game helps to fill that gap. For starters it consists of solid game play. Once again, nothing too innovative here, but the setup of the game is tried and true as we have seen in previous golf games (namely Mario Golf for the N64), and exceptionally fun. The graphics are great as well! The colors are bright, and the environments are vibrant and crisp. The characters may seem boxy, however I feel that this stays consistent with the over all feel of the game. Sound and music is not a stand out feature of the game, but at the same time they don't bring it down at all. As far as value and tilt goes there is plenty that this game brings to the table. Most namely is the ridiculous amount of unlockables that you can use to customize your character. It also takes some time to unlock everything, giving you more incentive to keep playing the game. Overall, I feel that the rating of 8.5 does this game more justice than Gamespot's 7.8
