I'm a fan of Hot Shots from way back and after buying my PSP, this was the first game I purchased. I expected the same quality of game and was not disappointed, at least at first. Same great golf courses, same amusing characters but that's where it ended. There is simply aren't enough courses and the initial levels aren't hard enough for Hot Shots veterans. I've won every VS match I've played by a called game (about 30 rounds) and never lost a tournament but I'm hoping as I advance it will finally get harder. I've unlocked four courses and they are reasonably difficult and I have enjoyed the leveling up process of winning clothing, hats and goofy accessories. Still, the game is a bit lacking in a couple of areas. If you are new to the game, it should be a challenge. Veterans might want to pick up Hot Shots 2 for the PSP which I understand is a bit more of a challenge and has more courses, my main beef with this game.
