I Loved the game!!! A few tweaks here and there would make it a LOT better, though.
Alright, so the new Soul Calibur came out, the fifth one, and it got, like, a 7.5 rating. Yeah, it lacks offline games modes, some characters were taken off, the story mode is too short, but I think it's still one of the... Read Full Review

Such a dissapointment. Total let down.
Soul Edge was my favorite PSOne game. I loved playing Soul Calibur 2 & 3 on my PS2. When i bought my ps3, the first game i bought was SC IV. Being able to play SC IV online was excellent. The PSN Network menu was bad... Read Full Review

The newest iteration to the series tries several new things while forgetting some of the old things that made it shine.
To date, I don't quite know how I feel about Soul Calibur 5. It took some big risks and added some things that are very different for the series. It's a lot of fun to play. The Character Creation engine is more versat... Read Full Review

May not be the most popular or technical fighting game out there but it is the most beautiful and most fun.
Whether or not you end up liking Soul Calibur V will depend heavily on what kind of Soul Calibur player you are. 'Hardcore' types will probably hate the game because it tries new things and leaves out old ones. Newcomers... Read Full Review

Soul Calibur V creates a massive community for online fighters at the significant cost of quality single-player content.
The fighting game genre has undergone major changes since the humble days of arcade cabinets in local movie theatres. The home console experience was one of the biggest factors in the genre's metamorphosis, especially wi... Read Full Review

The soul is once again burning brightly with this series. My DarkZero review.
Since re-birthing with a burst of popularity due to Street Fighter IV, the gaming community has allowed developers to create new fighting games without feeling scared about them not selling. As such, it makes perfect sen... Read Full Review
