Resident Evil 5 is another solid entry in one of Capcom's flagship franchises.
Highs: Decent controls, great weapons, fantastic music, great story, worth picking up for a few bucks. Lows: AI partner is a little stupid, only 9 slots to put items in, insanely difficult(even on easiest difficulty),... Read Full Review

Resident Evil 5's already-short length isn't really made much better even with the DLC that comes with the Gold Edition.
Let me get this straight: I am a fan of the Resident Evil games, and the Survival Horror genre that it pioneered. Even though I haven't played many of the games (just REmake and RE2), I've played enough to know that this... Read Full Review

The worst canon Resident Evil game to date
When Capcom made RE4 action-horror I was cautious. Why? I thought my favorite horror franchise was going to ditch it's roots. But to my surprise it managed to keep the scares in and kept signature things such as moving l... Read Full Review

Great game!! Keeps you interested, keeps you on your toes, etc. You'll inherit some killer reaction time too! Good buy!!
This was my first game I played in the Resident Evil series. The story line, graphics, and multiplayer modes were really good. This game gives you a challenge, but those trophies/achievements are going to take you a hell... Read Full Review

Good Action Game, Bad Horror Game
If you are expecting to find a game that invokes the tension felt in horror games such as dead space, or RE4, please do yourself a favor and pass this game. Although RE5 is a mediocre horror game it shows its true promis... Read Full Review

Resident Evil 5 gets better the more you play it. Despite changes, its sense of 'survival' and 'horror' remains.
Resident Evil 5 delivers fantastic fan service with the return of veteran characters we know from classic Resident Evil aswell as utilising its critically acclaimed predessecor RE4's gameplay elements and expanding them.... Read Full Review

If only Chris would yell Falcon Punch
Good: Co-Op works very well and supports split screen. When you play single player the AI is smart enough to not be a hindrance. Incentive to play through the game over and over to unlock all of the extras found in the g... Read Full Review

Resident Evil 5 is my least favorite in the series, but its still a solid game that fans and action fans should play.
Resident Evil has been known for its creepy feel to it, as well as its story. The piniccle point has never been the gameplay, or at least for me. The classic games the controls are clunky. The tank controls that is. Now ... Read Full Review

Doesn't come close to surpassing its predecessor--but that doesn't make it any less of a good game.
The Good: + Fun third-person-shooting action + Good graphics, well animated + Cooperative play is great + Mercenaries mode is fun The Bad: - Poor friendly AI - Versus mode costs extra - Not scary With the ma... Read Full Review
