Kane won the Battle Royal. Match wasn't anything special, but Noble has a nice little moment where he walked across a few people who were on the ground in order to get back in the ring. Would have been cooler if he had gotten back in before Palumbo hit him off the apron.

[QUOTE="The_Dude14"]

Good call on Cena's undefeated streak, I had forgotten about that. I'm still not betting against Triple H.

I also know how ineffective WWE usually makes that "certain someone." I have no confidence in my MVP pick, though. As I said, I went with who I wanted more than anything there. I really don't want it to be Kennedy, though.

Link256

Personally, I am not all that big on Kennedy, either. I was going on things based on the "guessing" game, not favorites. Otherwise, half of what I had to say would have changed as result. The other half that happens to match with my favorites is just that way more because I think that is actually what will happen, rather than being case of going with how I want things to go down.

I understand completely. What I'd like to see happen and what will happen are unlikely to occur. For instance, i really want to see Orton retain, but I do believe the universe might end if that were to happen.

Well, so far so good on predictions as Kane takes the Battle Royal. Quality-wise, it was a Battle Royal. I'm really getting annoyed with the way WWE produces Joey Styles. Why do you employ Joey Styles if you're not going to let him be Joey Styles?

Noble gets the spot of the Battle Royal walking on people to avoid elimination. Unfortunately, as usual, they immeadiately eliminated him just as the crowd was starting to get behind Noble. At least the booed his elimination.

Unsurprisingly, Kendrick takes the unnecessarily brutal elimination bump. Seriously, this wasn't even technically the PPV, Brian. He also might have taken... umm Jesse... or Festus... one of those two with him.

Anybody catch Dreamer's elimination? I missed it.

EDIT: I suppose this is proof of my keen powers of observation, but that is a **** load of people.

- The sun is now back out in Orlando.

- The ring ropes are orange.

- The main focus of the set is designed to look like a 100ft. tall cruise ship.

Believe me when I say I am with you.

The_Dude14

I missed it as well. For one, the match was already in progress when I started to watch.

Plus, had trouble focusing on what I did watch (roughly 5 minutes), due to company and all.

solid opener. very inoffensive and mcmahonless, just the way it should have been. best part is JBL throwing a trashcan to the outside at Hornswaggle :p

Best part is, so far, I am 2-for-2.....even I was mistaken on that whole Hornswoggle heen-turn thing. :P

By the way, for everyone on the outside-looking-in, Money in the Bank entrances are starting.

BLOODY HELL! BEST MITB EVER!

Morrison and Shelton = GOLDEN!

Can't believe Morrison did a moonsault with the ladder in his hands on the outside! Shelton flipped off a ladder to the outside onto a ladder set up as a table! THIS IS ******* INSANE!!!

**** yeah he is. So much for the naysayers had to say, as far as I am concerned.

In general, I would say it was another solid MitB, if not slightly disappointing on time.

For the record, Punk wins. In this case, I am fine with being wrong. 2-for-1.

I'm still in awe from MITB. One of my all time favourites! I was expecting it to be great - but not THAT great! Big props to Shelton who literally put his life on the line with that ridiculous flip on the outside. Same props go to all contenders! I was right about Morrison. He is a future main-eventer and such an incredible athlete!

Amazing show so far!

By the way, I think I heard TNA's helicopter during MITB. The camera caught a glimpse of the banner but quickly focused away from sky view.

Its almost always surprising when Punk gets a win, much less a pretty landmark win like MITB. Hopefully, he at least hangs on to it long enough to cash it in on Raw or Smackdown when he gets drafted to either, even though he'll lose. Doing it in ECW would be beyond lame. And a loss in a competitive (which is an assumption right there) match to either Taker or Trips/Cena would be far more valuable than even another ECW Title run, IMO.

Hopefully he doesn't get Kennedy'ed out of it either.

Glad to hear the guys involved stepped up with the opportunity.

i'd say the length of the match was disappointing, but still **** match. they could have added on a few minutes to the beginning before getting the ladders of them all fighting.

oh well, that's just 5 more minutes for Flair and HBK :)

Personally, I gotta against the grain and say MitB was *** 1/2. While it had some great, awesome, insane spots, with Morrison probably being the highlight, I just really felt the match could have used few more minutes.

As always, Santino=Gold.

Batista-Umaga is starting as I am typing this.

Can we please not quibble over star ratings? And we do need a voice of reason from the people watching.

I will say, Keller's squeamishness when it comes to head-shots and dangerous spots is and has been annoying for quite a while, now.

Yes, however, if you look at in another way, at least it makes Kane look as if he were *gasp* monster.....if only for the night...
