WWE Royal Rumble Predictions/Discussions Thread - January 29, 2006

Well, I'm excessively depressed.  No matter how much I told myself it wasn't happening, I still thought in my heart of hearts that RVD would score the win he deserves, but of course not.  At least a guy who deserves a win of this magnitude got it, but still... he's not RVD.

Also, I'm really even more on the ropes about buying this show.  I want RVD's return, but I hate the fact I have to put up with an hour of Triple H's fat ass to get it (apparently, depression became anger in the course of typing this).  A lot depends on this Cena-Edge match.

And Henry is in the last match of the 2nd biggest show of the year?  :|  I'm speechless.

Also I don't know if anyone else caught this or not, but Chavo WAS NEVER ELIMINATED!!!  He went through the middle of the ropes to get to the top ropes... he should've never been out.

Todd Grisham interviewed Edge and Lita about the loss. They didn't have much to say and expressed deep frustration and humliation. Hacksaw Duggan barged into the picture and did his "hey-yo!" Lita asked, "What are you doing here?" He didn't say. We may never know.

Ugh, I cannot get over the fact I spent 35$ on this PPV... even if I was a big Rey fan.

Theres no way even Kurt Angle can carry Henry to a main event calibur match.
