I need to join a gym. I've been going with my brother to his gym but I can only get in as a guest unless I purchase my own membership. There are just some things I can't accomplish at home. Speaking of at home, here is my normal routine: Every morning is started off with a quick warm up consisting of push ups, sit-ups, and stretching. Then I mix up a shake in the blender (banana, mixed berries, milk, scoop of whey protein), grab a yogurt and a granola bar, pack lunch, take my multivitamin (One A Day) and head out to work. Work is a fairly strenuous manual labor job so it keeps me active for 8 hours a day. Other than that, my at home workouts consist of high frequency regimens meant to strengthen joints, promote flexibility, and a good amount of cardio.
