I wanna get stronger and be able to do more, so i fight that :P2ndWonderI did too, when I was younger I would tell my grandparents that my belly hurts so bad from doing sit-ups and push-ups nonstop yet I kept doing them and they were like, "Well, stop doing it if it hurts." :lol:

I am not very fat I am not fat I am not thin I am not very thin im in the middle whats a good routine for muscles for someone who isnt sporty and is just starting ?

got a few pounds more than i like, but it's kind of combined with muscles and fat. But i am getting rid of the extra pounds slowly but surelyThe_Last_RideIts better to have weight in muscles rather than fat.
