Here we are blaming soft drinks, fast food, you name it for obesity...when energy in is only half the equation. Can you blame a restaurant for your weight gain when you don't take the responsibility to equalize the energy balance? It's also the person's decision to eat there. So in actuality it is 100% the fault of the individual. People have become whiny babies in this modern society.
I did see a commercial yesterday... Referring to the energy equation. Now I did not read all what it said, however it claimed that with this product you could lose 15kg in 30 days. That's basically just over a pound per day. :|Fair enough. Its seems the energy out part of the equation is lost among most.
