No, he never was..
Yep, I just heard that Pacman Jones just got permission to participate in Spring Training, and he is able to play in pre-season games.Racer_XLRI remember him getting in trouble but not what for
Giants great Micheal Strahan retired today. I'm both sad and happy hes gone. I'll miss watching him play but he got his super bowl so now is probably a good time to go out. He will be missed.:)Tr0787Na, he wont be missed. JK :P He was good, I respected him.

Well, I just heard that some of the Giants had there Superbowl rings stolen. :o I saw this on yahoo, but I have yet to hear this on ESPN news.Racer_XLRI just read the story. The rings were for the staff. You never hear about that kind of a heist anymore.

Well, my favorite sports season sadly ended but last week. But, at least it ended in the greatest way possible. Yes, the Wings won the Stanley Cup, and I'm ecstatic about it. The Penguins put up a good fight (after the first 2 games, that is, lol) and they will most asuredly be back in the Finals soon enough, I believe. IrritableEscortI would watch more hockey, but it hardly comes on tv.

It's not hardly on t.v., it's just that the stupid channel VS. (which is only available with certain cable/satalite providers) has a contract with them and thus get a lot of games. Thank God for FSN, they have most of the Wings games, and we have VS., but I hate their stupid announcers.

But some games come on ESPN every know and then.

I hate the ESPN announcers as well, it seems everyone is either anti-Detroit or they focus only on the other team when they aren't on FSN Detroit....

The FSN channel is available I just refuse to pay for it. Well, the only true hockey announcer that Sportscenter has is some guy named, Berry Melrose. Yeah, I agree he attacks Detroit sometimes, but thats only when they have bad games and I assume he expects them to do better.

I can't stand him, I think he's a total idiot, hehe. I couldn't believe him when he attacked the part of New Jersey where they put their new arena (calling it basically a trashy area) and then had the nerve to go to a game there. Well, you can probably tell the reaction of the New Jersey crowd.

If you know what your talking about, your a true announcer in my book, I dont have high standards. Yeah, I assume New Jersey fans were really pissed about it. But, honestly I would to. To hear about some announcer guy just trash your new "home" thats just messed up.
i'm originally from Philadelphia, so my fav teams are baseball - Phillies and football - Eagles. I've never really followed hockey or basketball. hsedaiEh, you haven't missed much in the past 10 years of hockey. Philly did go to the Stanley Cup finals in '97, when they were swept by my favorite team:the Detroit Red Wings.
