I just took this screenshot now. More people are playing BF4 on PS3 and PS4 than even the PC version. Xbone has the lowest numbers
PC games have more life, consoles game die after the next cod sequel or 1 month after launch.
It'll be ignorance to disagree . Civilization 5 is still among top ten most played video games list on steam and WOW even after ten years is still among top ten most profitable PC games on yearly basis . You can still see very decent number of people playing Diablo 2 even after so many years , then there are 15 plus million owners of Diablo 3 as well .

The numbers are constantly changing I seen ones with the pc getting numbers close to even the ps3 and ps4 combined at times.

Are you actually serious? There's a difference between denying an opinion and denying what can be attributed as fact. Can you name one game older than 5 years that still has an extremely large community and 30000+ users on at any time? Because I can name at least 5 PC games

battlefield is a more playstation orientated game where as cod has always been associated with x360, well last gen anyway. seems like the trend has continued, buying exclusive dlc rights isnt going to change that. m$ launched x1 in europe with fifa bundled in for free yet m$ had to drop price to compete with ps4 because fifa is heavily associated with sony, they have exclusive rights of advertisment during champion league games. it takes years to build brand association, like ff and mgs will always be playstation games
Probably because Xbox owners have better multiplayer games to play (as much as it saddens me to say).

Haven't played it in months. I was a huge fan of BC2 and BF3 but man BF4 is just sloppy as shit to me. Everything feels so sluggish and laboured to do and it has some disastrous net code.
I went back to BF3 at one point to see if I was just remembering wrong and BF3 is SO much tighter controlling. I have no idea how they messed up BF4. All I know is I don't have fun playing it anymore

League of Legends (2009): Do I need evidence for this? 20 million at a time.
World of Warcraft (2004): Again, do I even need evidence?
Team Fortress 2 (2007): 50000 as we speak, peaked at 80K today.
Counter Strike (1999): Peaked at 35000 today.
Garry's Mod: (2004) 48K

Yep, this is how I feel as well. Idk what they changed between 3 and 4 but it definitely feels sluggish
I know people loved comparing the BF4stats user count, but BF4db shows number of players and peak players (24h). The X1 is less than a million players, lower than any platform. PS4 is 3rd below PS3 and PC. I know the X1 has sold less, but I didn't expect it to not even break a million players since Second Assault was timed exclusive.
Obviously the peak players in 24 hours will fluctuate depending on when you look at it in the week
Also, PC has a ridiculous amount of servers, but rent-a-server just launched for PS4
Impossible the xbox live is the biggest community of gamers in every game ever created ask lemmings...
Look at those peaks the PS4 very close to PC while the xbox one trail it badly,oh and look the PS3 version beating the xbox 360 version as well how times change..
Good numbers despite the issues. It's funny seeing that 8k servers on the PC, I'll bet 75% of them sit idle for days on end with no players.
It's not unplayable anymore but it sure can be frustrating. I've been trying to get back to it after a few months off
yeah, I don't get where this hate for bf4 comes from. Of course i got it from my wife for X-mas and by that time it ran fine on PS4. I have only had a bit of rubber banding on it once or twice, but I must of been playing on an eu server or something as people were speaking in french and other languages.
