Guild Wars 2 but in general this year has been fairly disappointing. The best game I actually played this year was Dark Souls on PC.
The Walking Dead...no game before it has ever made me feel the way that it did
top notch story telling and character development....before it the Mass Effect series had my vote for best character development and interactivity...but The Walking Dead DESTROYS it in comparison (id still take the whole ME series over TWD any day though, lol)

For someone to dislike something so much, you sure spend alot of time worrying about it and the people who play these types of games. :o

Persona 4 is terrible gameTerrible is the new AAA then. ;)
PLanetside 2, even with all the issues that it has currently with optimization. (can't really blame it considering what the game actually does)
Im at work all day thinking about how i want to go home and just play that game all day long. I havent felt this way about any video game since i was like in middle school playing Unreal Tournament.
Just an amazing experience getting into a platoon of 48 people, and everyone is communicating, and 48 people are attacking in unison just stearolling and blitzkreigeing through terrotories on a massive beautiful map. Best multiplayer experience i have had in the last 10 years. Never played a multiplayer game where the community is for the most part so organized.

Persona 4 is terrible gameWow, that sure got him. I don't think anyone is going to be able to help prove him again after that disapproval!
I have never cared less about any GOTY I choose, this year has been weird. I played a lot of good games but don't feel many deserve GOTY... maybe XCOM, FC3 is also good but haven't played much yet, and hell maybe even ME3 despite the ending :P

[QUOTE="PAL360"]far cry 3 is awesome, i loved Far cry 2 and this is even better so far, only thing i miss is the option to sleep to change the day night. but its still great. I know i'll keep playing halo 4 for a longer time, thats really the reason i gave it to halo 4 over far cry.Halo 4 so far. It may change to Far Cry 3 but i'm still waiting for it.

Good, good, i'm loving the vids! I feel like i'll spend hundreds of hours in the singleplayer just like i did on Skyrim. Halo 4 is also brilliant, especially the mp. It's probably the multiplayer game will be playing until next gen comes out :P

i cant see it giving hundreds of hours to be honest (for me anyway). thats not dissing it at all.Maybe dozens, since it's not a TES game. But i did surpass the 300 hour mark on Skyrim.

it'll be 30 for me probably. 300 in skyrim is amazing, i am about half that i think, but haven't played for a while. I intend picking it up again for dragonborn and to finish other stuff.I role played alot in Skyrim (explore, hunt, talk to NPCs, etc...), and started in master difficulty, so i have to be cautious.

that would account for some time then lol Skyrim came out at a time for me where there was so much to play... i put 40 hours in and shelved it in the hopes to pick it back up this summer when things are dry. I never stopped playing a game i was that invested in but i couldnt put off the other games i had... doubt ill end up doing the dlc's but that game has some mighty long legs. Please Log In to post.
