What is the most popular gaming platform where you live?

Seems like everyone has a 360, and random non-gamers, non-typical gamers, have a wii. Dont know anyone with a PS3, and I've NEVER played a PS3 at someones house, dorm room, or anywhere, it's like the PS3 doesn't even exist here. I dont even see people looking at the PS3 section at Best Buy, Gamestop, walmart etc. Kinda weird. I dont know anyone with a gaming built PC.

I think that IM blessed to b e in a high school where 99% of the students are gamers, and its honestly an even split between 360 and PS3 owners, Id have to say there are a few more PS3 owners though, and there is also the occasional Wii owner as well.

However other then one of my really good friends there isnt a single PC gamer currently at my schoolb besides a few people that play WoW on and off.

Yeah definitely, tell me about it. I always go to Best Buy if i don't buy a copy from Steam.

Like one PC gamer in my school. Mostly 360 users with the random PS3 user that mostly uses it for movies.

Where I live, it's the PC. It's like 10:1(PC:Consoles).

The most popular console is the 360.

While I was at school the PC was the most popular gaming system, with the 360 being a very distant second.

This may sound, i don't know, but the PS2 has the lead by far !

Here in Australia, it's 360 all over the place!

Well I live in a city with pretty smart people so most people here have PS3 and PCs.

Most of the people in my area have a PS3 or the Xbox 360 if they own a gaming system.

PS2, followed by PS3 then very very very faraway the x360.

Ok in all seriousness: DS > Wii > PS3 > 360 > PC > PS2 > PSP ... I'm guessing lol. PS3 and 360 swap spots every now and then.

360. All people play is gears and MW2. Kinda sad =/

Everybody has a 360 and only plays Madden, NCAA, NBA 2K, GTA, and MW2

Everybody has a wii, but only plays wii sports. If there not playing wii sports the console just sits and collects dust.

Everybody has a ps2 because it was the it console from last gen and nobody bothered to get rid of it.

Rare to find someone with a ps3, if they do they only play Madden and MW2 on it

Nobody PC games, unless you consider spades. Where I'm from PC is only for facebook, twitter, youtube, internet thuggin' and beefin' and pRon.

The only time my local Gamestop is packed is when a Madden or Halo game releases.

in america, where i live... it seems to be 360.

Me and my close group of friends all have a ps3. But other then that basically everyone else has a 360 or wii.

Its pretty much even in my case, exept my real friends have xbox and the more casual gamers have ps3!!?? That sucks. ALso there some pc gamers but only play wow.

The right answer for every area is PC.

Just because you don't see your mom playing Farmville or that collage student failing his classes because of WoW don't mean it's not there.

Food for thought, chances are more people playing Farmville right now then your top 3 onlinegames combined.

If your talking about Consoles only, I have seen 360, PS3 areas.... Wiis are often dust collectors.. often gifts for overweight kids and/or parents thathardly get used.

But that's just my experience, I'm sure some kid will be along to say "nuh-uh" :P
