@hrt_rulz01: It's more pathetic that cows are hiding behind the Switch, when they don't own one. Switch is Gen 9 leader, and PS4 has peaked, Switch is beating PS5 to a pulp right now.

What's funny is 3 lemmings circle jerking behind Nintendo when Nintendo's success is the worst news for MS who brought out a NEW piece of hardware for $500 during all of this.
PS4 wasn't in direct competition with the Switch during black friday (neither was xbox one S) for consumers on a budget looking for the best video game system for the cheapest price.
Consumers looking for the newest and hottest console on the market willing to pay a little extra money to get it is the base that was competing with the Switch for $$$ and those products are the Pro and the X.

Sony is sitting 60M strong and didn't need to lift a finger to squash the hype (if any) the X might have had going into this holiday.
