PS3 has the best line-up this year. The Wii got an AAAA though. 360 Exclusives are always flop so.....NerubianWeaver

My most important titles by a landslide are Fable 3, Mass Effect 2 and Alan Wake this year, all on 360, none on PS3 or Wii

Ok, name the best RPGs on PS3 and Wii in 2010

I can name Mass Effect 2 (9.5/10) and Fable 3 (Fable 2 got 8.9/10 average and 4 million sales too. multiple GOTY awards as well)

It is just in the forums, people fear the power of huge games like Mass Effect 2, Fable 3, Halo Reach, Gears 3, the next gen Kinect etcand start beeing defensive

Phycologically speaking, it is expected that someone that paid 300-600$ for a PS3 would become far more defensive than someone that paid 149-300$ for a 360

I know you made the thread about total line-ups, but in the end because the PS3 and 360 share so many games it will come down to games not on the other console. It is not that simple, i would pick PS3/360 combo over Wii anyday myself, Demon Soul and Mass Effect, Fable are just more important to me than any Wii title right now

Wow, that was awfully concise and accurate :P My point is that the Wii gets hated on a lot around these parts. To be honest, I'm just surprised that the Wii is neck and neck with the PS3, although not entirely displeased. However, I can't understand the 360 hate so many people seem to have developed of late. :?charizard1605

Really! Besides SMG2 I haven't bought any other exclusive for the Wii. I have bought GOW3, HR, MNR, for the PS3. Though I see you like NMH from your profile which I detest for using those horrible motion controls.

Bottom line is, everyone likes different game styles, i like 360 better because of the RPGs for example, PS3 2ond with Demon SOul in 2009 and Wii dead last

In all seriousness, I played ME2 on the PC which I found to be a good game and essentially one of the better games of the year, but I don't really like shooters. Especially when this generation seem to have shooter coming at you left and right.

Alan Wake I have played only a few hours. It underperformed quite frankly, a game like Heavy Rain outperformed it in sales AND in critical acclaim. Also the hype for Alan Wake was immense.

I'm having fun with my 360, thats all that matters.

The Wii gets my vote for having what is, in my opinion, one of the best games of all time: Super Mario Galaxy 2. On top of that, it's got a whole bevy of other great games and a superb line-up for the rest of the year. But why aren't the DS, PSP and PC up there? My choice wouldn't be different, but it would've have been even more interesting to see those results.

for me its PS3, but not because it has a superior lineup compared to the other 2, but simply cause i really enjoyed more its exclusives..

anyway what this thread made me realise is how lucky i am owning all consoles but unlucky at the same time for not having enough free time to enjoy all the games available on each one of them..

Everyone has their own preference I don't care about yours, also Alan Wake and Conviction are some of the shortest games this gen, Fable 3 i what 12 hours?, which is ridiculous for an RPG. Heavy Rain and GOW3 were short you're right but they're no worse then Alan Wake and Conviction. Lol at trying to imply they have more depth than LittleBigPlanet.

Also you mention variety, you listed 2WRPGs and 2 Shooters, out of PS3 you listed a action adventure, a play create share platformer and whatever genre Heavy Rain is. I should quote your post it's so ridiculous.
